You enter into a hallway reception area ahead and then left is the sleeping and bathroom area and to the right is the living area.
The lounge diner is bright and spacious with a beautiful large patio door to the balcony overlooking the street to the river Iro. Firstly is the dining area with plenty of space that connects to the kitchen and lounge area.
The kitchen next to the lounge diner is a good size and has dishwasher washing machine oven with hob and fan. There is a fridge freezer with a high cupboard for more storage.
Hallway to bedrooms, the first bedroom is currently with one single bed but could hold a double if required, the second bedroom with a double bed. The master is at the end of the hallway also with a double bed. All have fitted wardrobes.
The family bathroom has over bath shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The bathroom is a good size and fully tiled.
